Bio:

Josh Ashenmiller is a professor of history at Fullerton College in Fullerton, California. He has served as president of the faculty senate and has served on several other shared governance bodies. As history department coordinator he oversaw the introduction of student learning outcomes and assessment in his department. He continues to work with his colleagues on tuning the program of study in history. His research examines the origins and implementation of national environmental protection statutes in the United States during the 1960s and 1970s.
