Kyle Blum received his M.B.A. from the Darden School of Business in May 2019. Before attending business school, Kyle spent six years working for the Washington State Department of Natural Resources, responsible for oversight of three million acres of forest and agricultural land, generating more than $200 million in annual revenue for schools, hospitals, fire districts, and other critical services in Washington State. Kyle also served as transition director to Hilary Franz, the newly elected Commissioner of Public Lands (head of the DNR). A Seattle native, Kyle holds a B.A. in history from Colgate University. After graduation, Kyle plans to join Impact Merchandise in Olympia, Washington as a vice president of sales.
