Bio:

Jen Andrasko is president and CEO of the University of Virginia Alumni Association. She guides the overall strategic, operational, and financial success of the Alumni Association, and manages 75 full- and part-time employees, as well as more than 1,000 volunteers.

After serving for nearly 10 years in the Navy as a P-3 pilot and mission commander, in support of Operations Enduring Freedom and Iraqi Freedom, and as a participant in NATO missions in Kosovo, Jenifer returned to civilian life, receiving her M.B.A. from the Darden School of Business as a recipient of the Jefferson Fellowship. Upon graduation, she joined global consulting giant Bain & Co. where she helped found Bain’s Leadership Center of Expertise.
