Emily Charnock
Bio:
Emily Charnock is a university lecturer with the University of Cambridge history faculty and serves as director of the M.Phil. program in American history. After finishing her Ph.D. in 2013 and working for a year on the radio show “BackStory,” Emily returned to the UK in 2014 as a Keasbey Research Fellow in American Studies at Selwyn College, University of Cambridge. Emily received her B.A. in philosophy, politics, and economics from the University of Oxford, her M.A. from American University, and her Ph.D. in government from the University of Virginia. Emily completed her Miller Center National Fellowship in 2012.
