AC Obi
Bio:
AC is a PhD candidate in Inorganic Chemistry. His dissertation investigates fundamental bonding and reactivities in earth-abundant alkaline earth complexes with particular focus on advancing renewable energy technologies such as solid-state hydrogen storage. So far, his research is widely acclaimed in the synthetic chemistry community, and has resulted in six peer-reviewed publications and a travel award to present his research at an American Chemical Society national conference. In the Charlottesville community, AC is involved with Computers4Kids mentoring middle and high school students in Chemistry and Computer Science education.
