Fred Whitridge (Col '54) used the occasion of his 50th reunion to join with his nephew in endowing the William C. and Frederick W. Whitridge Jefferson Scholarship. Bill Whitridge (Col '53) died in 1988. Previously, Fred and Bill Whitridge helped in the creation of the St. Elmo Hall (Delta Phi) Jefferson Scholarship.
