Jefferson Scholar selected to serve as student member of UVA's Board of Visitors

Lisa Kopelnik, the William S. Hunter Jefferson Scholar from the Class of 2025, recently was voted in as the student representative of UVA’s Board of Visitors. Lisa, who centered her application and interview around three values–political discourse, diversity, and student health and safety–will represent the student body and advise members of the Board on their decisions.
