Jefferson Fellow inspires young girls to pursue STEM-related studies and careers

Olivia Pavco Giaccia, the Goodwin/Hardie Family Jefferson Fellow, discovered her love for science as a high schooler. Now a first-year MBA student at the Darden School of Business, Olivia continues to build on her passion for science and is determined to influence other young girls to do the same.
