B.A., Princeton University
J.D., Stanford Law School
“Given my interest in the law and its relationship to the conduct of U.S. foreign policy, UVA was the perfect place for me. I was particularly drawn by the strength of its faculty in my areas of study. The Jefferson Fellowship also assured me I would have the necessary support to carry on my research. The Jefferson Fellows Program’s interdisciplinary nature has been especially beneficial. My own research lies at the intersection of law and history, and the program has allowed me to interact with scholars across the university. In addition, the new fellows center provides a magnificent new venue for these sorts of interactions.”
